No problem. Whether you have only done 1:1 work, or haven’t been coached at all, this space is intentionally designed to feel intimate and supportive.
You’ll have space to show up fully, move at your own pace, share and receive personalized support — without ever getting lost in the crowd. -
That’s completely normal. The Soul-Led Self isn’t about forced vulnerability or canned “breakthroughs.” You’ll never be pushed to share before you're ready.
What we’ve found? When safety and resonance are present, people naturally open.
You’ll be witnessed, not judged — and many say the group connection becomes one of the most powerful parts of the experience. -
Live group calls are held on Zoom, Tuesdays at 11:00 AM EST. Replays are available within the portal.
We have 3 calls per month with one integration week.
We may occasionally also have special guest sessions!
Plan for about 2–3 hours per week, including one 75-minute live call (replays available), as well as reflection and integration practices, and responding within the community in Telegram.
This experience is about living aligned, not checking boxes.
You’re not behind if you don’t complete every task. You’re here to reconnect with your Self and make genuine connections with the others in the group — and that can’t be rushed.
